Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who had been battling depression since the last few months, committed suicide in his Bandra apartment on 14th June. The untimely demise of the talented actor has sent a shockwave across the entire country with fans and celebrities from the industry taking to social media to mourn his loss.

While no suicide note was found in Sushant’s apartment, his mortal remains were taken to a hospital for postmortem yesterday. Meanwhile, according to the latest reports, the doctors have completed the postmortem and stated that Sushant’s passed away of asphyxia due to hanging, confirming that he had committed suicide.

The police are still investigating into the matter and to find out what triggered the ‘Raabta’ actor, who was battling depression since the past few months, to committed suicide. According to reports, Sushant’s rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and BFF Mahesh Shetty‘s statements will soon be recorded by the Police along with a few other friends.
