Sushant Singh Rajput’s psychiatrist records statement with Mumbai Police | Hindi Movie News


Sushant Singh Rajput’s death by suicide on June 14 is being currently investigated by the Mumbai Police. While over 30 people have already recorded their statements in the matter, the latest one to give their testimony is Sushant’s psychiatrist. According to Times Now, the psychiatrist’s prescription was found from Sushant Singh Rajput’s flat in Bandra and in a police investigation it was revealed that the actor had consulted this psychiatrist from January and took medicine till May, post which he stopped.

The report also stated that several friends, family and associated had spoken about Sushant Singh Rajput’s behavior in the past few months and to corroborate these claims, the police have called the doctor, wherein they will also try to understand what all the actor had shared about his depression and change in behavior.

Yesterday, Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty had urged for a CBI inquiry into the actor’s death. Requesting Home Minister Amit Shah to take action, Rhea had shared on Instagram, “I’m sushant Singh Rajputs girlfriend Rhea chakraborty, it is now over a month since his sudden demise. I have complete faith in the government, however in the interest of justice , I request you with folded hands to initiate a CBI enquiry into this matter. I only want to understand what pressures prompted Sushant to take this step.”
