The untimely demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has shocked the entire nation. The actor reportedly died by suicide at his Bandra residence on Sunday.

Following the news break of his tragic demise, Bollywood stars joined the actor’s friends and fans in sharing their shock and disbelief. Just like everyone else, singer Palak Muchhal, who worked with Sushant in the film ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’, also starring Kiara Advani and Disha Patani in key roles, said she is ‘disturbed’ with the shocking news.

Palak, who crooned the hit track ‘Kaun Tujhe’, from the film’s soundtrack, spilled her heart out in an exclusive conversation with ETimes, and shared her sadness about the actor’s inspiring journey ending ‘this soon.’

Remembering the actor, Palak said, “It is extremely difficult and disturbing to believe that someone who had an incredibly positive insight on life, who was limitlessly optimistic, whose zeal for creativity and knowledge was boundless could end such a beautiful life! It leaves you reflecting on life with a completely different perspective. From being his neighbour to singing for his films… I have been a witness to his incredible journey defined by hard work, dedication and sheer passion.”

She further added, “He carved a niche for himself. It’s sad that such an inspiring and exceptional journey had to end this soon and this way!”

Earlier, Sushant’s fitness coach Samee Ahmed spoke to ETimes and revealed that he is unable to deal with the news. “For me, it was such a big shock that I was thinking that it’s a bad dream. But as soon as I went to his Bandra residence, they took away his body in an ambulance.”
