Amitabh Bachchan is currently recovering from COVID-19 at Nanavati hospital in Mumbai. The megastar has been keeping in touch with fans through regular social media posts.

Now, he took to Twitter to laud the healthcare workers for their constant efforts towards all the patients. Calling them “the God’s own angels”, he wrote, “T 3609 – T 3609 – ..they work in extreme conditions, so our conditions are safe .. the Gods own angels in white PPE units, Doctors, nurses, support staff .. yet they still take time out to pray for who they struggle to cure – their patients!

This be their prayer everyday..”

Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya on got discharged on Monday from the hospital after testing negative for COVID-19.

On the other hand, Abhishek Bachchan is also getting treated for COVID-19 at the hospital.

Amitabh’s wife and veteran actress, Jaya Bachchan wasn’t infected by the deadly virus.
